FX Loop feels muted? Your Send and Return labels may be swapped

If your FX Loop seems muted or dead, there's a good chance nothing is actually wrong with your amp. A small early batch of the Mach 3 left the factory with the FX Send and FX Return markings reversed. Swap the two cables and the loop should spring right back to life.
