Why do the WARM and QTUBE voicings top out at 500 watts?

You may have spotted that on the V803, the WARM and QTUBE voicings max out at 500 watts into a 4-ohm load, while MODERN reaches 800. At first glance that looks like less power, but it doesn't play out that way. MODERN is a traditional solid-state-style bass amp, whereas WARM and QTUBE have a tube-like output. Those 500 watts are voiced to match the wattage of a tube bass amp, while MODERN delivers 800 solid-state watts. In real playing, you'll find those 500 "tube watts" feel similar to 800 solid-state watts in loudness and sound every bit as big. No need to worry about being heard.
