Why aren't some effects working on the OD202 with my footswitch?

The OverDrive 202 is footswitch-compatible, but only three of the footswitch functions apply to it: CH 1/2 (switch between clean and overdrive), Limiter, and Reverb. The other three — Boost, Tremolo, and FX Loop — don't do anything on the OD202 (its FX Loop is always active and doesn't need to be engaged), so pressing them simply has no effect.
