Getting your antivirus to allow our software

If your antivirus is blocking the install, whitelisting (excluding) the program usually clears it. Exact steps vary by antivirus, but the flow is much the same everywhere: - Note the program you want to allow — its name and file location. You may need to browse to its install directory to find the executable (.exe). - Open your antivirus settings and look for a section named Exclusions, Exceptions, or Whitelist. - Add a new exclusion, then browse to the program and select its executable to confirm. - Check for extra options — some antivirus tools let you also exclude specific file types or the program's folders. Configure those if it fits your setup. - Save your changes. Your antivirus should now let the program run without interference.
