Does replacing the speaker void your warranty?

Nope — swapping the speaker in your amp won't void the warranty. Whether something's happened to your speaker or you just want to experiment with a different one, you're perfectly fine to make the change. Do keep in mind that speakers themselves carry a 90-day warranty — that applies both to speakers installed in our amps and to speakers bought separately.
