Is the SuperBlock's 9V jack an input or an output?

It's an input. The 9V jack lets you power the SuperBlock straight from the 9V supply you may already have on your pedalboard. Running it this way, the SuperBlock puts out one genuinely loud watt of power, and the XLR out stays fully operational.
