Yes, this is fine. Running the SuperBlock with the 24V supply and a 9V–12V supply plugged in together won't harm the unit, since both DC ports are protected against backfeed. Worth knowing: when both are connected, the unit automatically draws from the PS-24, so the amp runs at full power (25 watts).
