Twenty-five watts, three American voices, and a full EQ with reverb and a limiter — in something that fits in a gig-bag pocket. The SuperBlock US covers a lot of ground, and the fastest way to hear that is to start somewhere deliberate instead of flat. Twenty genres below, each built around what the three voices and the Limiter actually do. How to read this - '57 Tweed — mid-forward power and raw grit. It cleans up when you back off the guitar volume, which is most of the trick with this voice. - '61 Blonde — bell-like chime, scooped, bright. Made for a bridge pickup. - '65 Blackface — the cleanest and most silky of the three, with sparkle on top. - Limiter — the control worth learning. At 0 it lets the amp break up naturally. At 3–4 it holds overdrive at a rolling boil. At 5 and up it pulls back before distortion, turning gain into sustain instead of grit. - Cab Sim — ON for a PA, a DAW, or headphones. OFF when you're plugged into a real guitar speaker. Getting this backwards is the most common way to make the amp sound wrong. It isn't in the panels below because it depends on your rig, not the genre. - All knobs are 0–10, and the EQ is flat at 5. Rock
