Are the SuperBlock circuits the same as the Cubs?

You may have noticed the SuperBlocks and the Cubs share very similar voicings under slightly different names, which naturally raises the question: same circuits, or different? The short answer is that the circuits are slightly different. The SuperBlocks add special circuitry to produce the same high output impedance we get in our larger amps, so the sound and feel into real speakers stay consistent even though they run on 24V. As for the voicings, they're essentially the same between the two, so chasing similar tones and sounds is no problem. The main practical difference between the SuperBlocks and the Cubs comes down to available peak power.
